On February 5, Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01) recognized Ivy Hill Therapeutic Equestrian Center in a speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives and commended the organization on its more than 20 years of changing lives for individuals with cognitive, physical, emotional, behavioral and psychological needs. In his remarks, Fitzpatrick highlighted the hundreds of program riders, staff, and volunteers, as well as Ivy Hill’s collaboration with community partners to provide job training through specialized programs dedicated to the special needs population in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

“[Ivy Hill’s] motto is ‘Horses + Love = Hope,’” closed Fitzpatrick. “[H]aving heard firsthand the heartwarming testimonials of riders and their families, it is clear this equation is holding true.
